A small web studio. We design, build, and ship full-stack websites and AI-powered tools — no account managers, no agency theater, no one to blame but us. You talk to the people actually doing the work.
Multilingual Afghan fashion e-commerce · diyana.boutique
A Zurich-based boutique needed a real e-commerce platform — not a Shopify template. We built Diyana from the ground up in Next.js with multilingual support (English, Dari, German), currency switching, Cloudinary image optimization, product catalog, blog, and size guide. Launched with 100+ real customers and a 4.9★ average rating.
"I had ideas scattered across ten places. They turned it all into a proper shop that actually works — and that I can edit myself. Customers keep buying."
— Owner, Diyana Boutique

I came in with a messy brief and left with a real store that sells. The communication was honest, the timeline held, and I still have someone who answers my WhatsApp when something breaks.
Clean code, fast delivery, and a human on the other end of the email. What more do you want from a developer? Shipping the next project with Atlas next quarter.
A small studio with a short roster. Everyone on this list has shipped real work. We bring in the right person for what your project actually needs.
Builds the core product and handles every client relationship personally. You'll talk to him from kickoff to launch — no handoffs, no middlemen.
Handles the visual layer when the project calls for it — layouts, components, the things that make a site feel right to use. Brought in when design is doing heavy lifting.
Knows Shopify and Stripe inside out. Comes in on stores that need more than a theme — real checkout flows, inventory logic, the stuff that breaks at scale.
Builds the AI side of things — automations that save real hours, chatbots that actually work, integrations that go deeper than pasting in an API key.
You're billed only for the expertise your project actually needs.
Don't see yours here? Email us and we'll answer plainly — no sales runaround.
Everything lives in a shared GitHub repo and a Notion doc we keep updated throughout — scope, key decisions, credentials, deploy steps. If whoever's leading your project is out, someone else on the team can step in without asking you to re-explain anything. And everything is yours — source code, CMS, every account. Nothing is held hostage.
Three things. First: the person who scoped your project is the same one building it — no brief gets handed off, no junior takes over halfway through. Second: no 40% agency overhead, which means you're paying for actual work, not offices and account managers. Third: a question gets answered in a WhatsApp message, not a two-week change-request cycle. If you need 50 people on a project, we're the wrong fit. If you want the work done properly by the people you talked to — that's what we do.
Marketing sites: $1.5k–$5k. E-commerce builds: $3.5k–$12k. AI integrations: $2k–$8k. After our first call we send a fixed-fee proposal within 48 hrs — no hourly games, no scope creep surprises. Payment is 50% up front, 50% on launch.
50% deposit to start, 50% on launch. Larger projects ($8k+) can split into three milestones: deposit, design sign-off, launch. We invoice via Stripe, bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT), or crypto (USDC). All invoices are itemized and VAT-compliant for EU clients.
Unlimited revisions within the agreed scope — at the design stage (2 dedicated rounds), and small copy or tweak changes during the build. If you want something that wasn't in the original scope, we write up a change order: we quote the extra work, you approve it, we carry on. No surprise invoices.
You pick: WhatsApp, Slack, email, or Telegram. We do a 30-min kickoff call, then weekly Friday demo videos (so you can watch when it suits you). For questions during the week, async messages — we reply within 4 working hours in your timezone, 24 hours max.
Two. That's the limit and it doesn't move. It's how we can promise a demo every Friday and a real launch date. You won't get pushed back because someone with a bigger budget came in that week. If we're full when you reach out, we'll tell you exactly when the next slot opens.
Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind for the frontend. Node, PostgreSQL, Supabase, or your existing backend. Shopify, Stripe, or custom checkout. OpenAI, Claude, LangChain for AI work. We pick the boring, proven tool unless there's a real reason not to — your site shouldn't be an experiment on your budget.
Hosting is usually Vercel or Cloudflare Pages ($0–$20/mo, paid by you directly — we don't mark up hosting). 30 days of free bug fixes are included. After that: pay-as-you-go for small changes ($80/hr), or a monthly retainer ($150–$1,000/mo) for ongoing updates, content swaps, and priority support.
Happy to jump in. We've shipped from Figma handoffs, mid-built codebases, and napkin sketches. If your designer gives us files, we build. If you have a half-finished site, we'll audit it and tell you honestly whether to continue or restart.
Fill in a short form and we'll reply within 24 hours — a call, a question, or a fixed-fee proposal.
