They're starting points. After our first call, we send a fixed-fee proposal within 48 hours based on your actual scope. For 90% of projects, the number below is what you'll pay. If your scope is bigger (custom integrations, enterprise auth, etc.), we'll flag it up front.
50% deposit to start, 50% on launch. Projects over $8k can split into three milestones (deposit, design sign-off, launch). I invoice via Stripe, SEPA/SWIFT, or USDC. VAT-compliant for EU clients.
If you're unhappy during the first week of the project, we refund the deposit minus time already spent (hourly) and we part ways cleanly. After design sign-off, deposits are non-refundable but you keep all work delivered.
Hosting costs ($0–$20/mo, paid directly by you — we don't mark up), domain registration, third-party subscriptions (Stripe, Mailchimp, etc.), and ongoing content creation. Everything we'll actually build is listed in the tier + add-ons.
Absolutely. A common path: ship a Launchpad site to validate, then upgrade to Flagship or Commerce in 6 months. We reuse what's built, so upgrade costs are the difference in price, not a full rebuild.
